Gumball is many things, but we never thought we would be used for crime prevention. One of our ‘flow’ BMX guys had his car stolen this week. It’s only a cheap and cheerful fiesta, but it had an important feature, a Gumball sticker on the back. So when the car got stolen, our BMX rider got onto My Space and put the word out that his car had been stolen.

He asked if anyone had seen his car, which could be recognised by the distinctive Gumball sticker, could they let him know? The car may not be much, but it had our rider’s bike in the back. The Internet being the powerful tool it is, someone spotted the car parked in a lay-by and our rider was able to get the car back. Sadly the bike had gone, if only there was a Gumball sticker on that…
