Gumball 3000 is proud and delighted to welcome on board its second surf team rider, Kerk Lathan. Resided in Newquay and only 20 years of age, Kerk is one Britain's most up and coming surfers.

He spent three month's in Indonesia this year with fellow Gumball 3000 sponsored surfer, Andrew Griffin, who described him as one of the cheekiest characters he has ever met.

Despite not taking much interest in competitions, Kerk shows has a great stand out style and repertoire of maneuvers that become apparent when he is free surfing. His most popular surfing hot spot is Fistral.
