Lee 'Cyclone' Shone is back in training again from a lengthy lay off to heal up some injuries. Some of them were not that serious but one of them was a a bit of a problem involving the nerves in his neck which he damaged in his last fight.

This caused some paralysis in his arm, which caused a scare but what affected him more was not being able to do much while waiting to recover, something Lee is not use too! He has been having physiotherapy on the arm for some time now and it is much better.

He has already been send his training supplements, courtesy of Kerry Kayes at CNP Professional. Kerry is now his strength and conditioning coach and he will be helping Lee to get his body ready for competition again.

For those of you who do not know; Kerry Kayes also works with Ricky and Matthew Hatton and he is a genius in his field.

Lee also stopped by Lonsdale and they kindly gave him some new training gear to help him with his extremely tough training sessions that are waiting for him ahead of his upcoming boxing fights.

His next fight will be in Ireland in August so he is focussing on that and will be back training at Glenn McCrory's international school of boxing next week to train with his coach Mickey Duncan.

He has also been talking with a top MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) promotion on the telephone and there may be some huge news in the next few weeks. Frank Shamrock is going to meet with the Vice President of the promotion.
