OC HOUSEWIVES STAR FOR GUMBALL 17.04.2009 Rally News
Gretchen Rossi, star of US reality TV hit 'The Read Housewives of Orange County, is trading the shopping malls of Rodeo Drive for a place on this year's Gumball. "I am so excited to be invited to be part of this event," gushed the 30-year old former real estate agent on her website, "and I will be racing in the rally to raise funds for my cause! 'Rossi Racing for the Cure'."
Gretchen, who rose to fame after joining the show for its fourth season, was recently nominated as part of the Man/Woman of the Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society.
The nomination was in recognition of her efforts to raise awareness of leukemia, which she experienced firsthand when her former finance, Jeff, sadly lost his battle with disease in September 2008.
